In an interview with Singapore Business Review (SBR), Real Estate Analytics CEO Jean-Michel Paul, Savills Southeast Asia CEO Christopher Marriott, and LanciaConsult CEO Jeff Cronkshaw have shared about their joint work in Providing the solution that brings value to Developers in property planning and pricing.
The tool, REA Developer Suite, utilises the real-time data provided by SoReal - the largest real estate data base in Singapore (which has been acquired by Real Estate Analytics), to give Developers suggestions on strategic decisions such as land buying, property building and pricing. The tool gives data to answer specific questions that Developers might have regarding the best price to pay for a piece of land, the best design to have for their property projects, and the best price to sell the developed units.
“The data lake is very extensive, it provides us real-time transactions that allow us to create [a] demand curve for any specific project. We can estimate how many people would want to buy a flat price at a specific amount of time,” - said Real Estate Analytics CEO, Jean-Michel Paul.
REA Developer Suite will benefit not only Developers but also banks funding these developers. Looking ahead, our CEO hopes to further expand the services and cater to a bigger target audience in different markets.
“This was born in Singapore and tested in Singapore, but we have had demands from several Asian countries already, so this is going to enable exponential growth,” Paul said.
