Singapore, May 11th, 2023 – Real Estate Analytics Pte. Ltd. ("REA"), a leading real estate data analytics company, has successfully completed its latest training course in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS). The course titled "Revolutionizing Real Estate Development, Optimizing Revenue Using AI" was designed to introduce Singapore's real estate industry professionals on how data analytics and artificial intelligence ("AI") can be used to enhance real estate development processes.
Throughout the course, attendees were taught how AI tools developed using real time data sets can be used to make informed decisions in the real estate industry.

As part of the course, we introduced tools that can be utilised by developers throughout the development life cycle of a project to make critical decisions such as, the optimal building mix, pricing strategies etc." said Dr. Jean-Michel Paul, CEO of Real Estate Analytics. Alan Cheong, Executive Director, Research & Consultancy at Savills Singapore Pte. Ltd., also participated in the training sessions. A veteran in the industry with more than twenty years of experience in real estate research, project financing, and property equity analysis, Mr Cheong gave strong endorsement to the potential of data analytics and AI in the real estate industry. The course covered a range of topics, including an introduction to big data and AI, an overview of tools developed for use by real estate developers throughout their project life cycle, and real-life case studies presenting findings from recent reviews of Singapore residential developments.
