Free HDB Sky Gardens to Watch the 2026 NDP Fireworks

You do not need an NDP ticket or a paid rooftop reservation to catch this year’s National Day fireworks. 

NDP 2026 will return to the National Stadium, with the celebrations centred around Kallang. Several HDB sky gardens and rooftop spaces in Dawson, Kallang and Boon Keng may offer elevated views of the fireworks for free.

Blk 10 Bendemeer Light

The elevated communal area at Bendemeer Light provides a view towards the National Stadium and its surrounding skyline.

However, part of the view is blocked by the building opposite, so visitors may only be able to see the higher fireworks rather than the full display.

Roof Garden: Level 8 

Blk 26B St George’s Towers

For one of the clearest elevated views, consider the Level 24 sky terrace at St George’s Towers.

Its height and position provide a more open view towards the Kallang area, making it potentially the best viewing spot among the locations listed. Arriving early is recommended, as the terrace may attract a larger crowd on National Day.

Kallang

Blk 5 Kallang Heights multi-storey car park

Located close to the Kallang Basin and National Stadium, the roof garden at level 8 above the Kallang Heights multi-storey car park is one of the more conveniently located options. 

Its elevated position may offer a relatively close view of the fireworks, but visitors should expect the area to become crowded due to its proximity to the stadium.
