A 1,001 sq ft four-room flat at Block 154B Bedok South Road has been sold for $1.17 million, setting a new resale record for four-room HDB flats in Bedok. 4. City Vue @ Henderson Sets New HDB Record At $1.728 million

5. Top 5 Transactions by Annualised Capital Gain/Loss in April 2026

The most profitable residential transaction in April 2026 happened at a walk-up apartment at Balestier Road in D12 after being held for 3.14 years, recording a 20.57% annualised capital gain.

The highest annual loss percentage of the month was seen in a unit at Van Holland in D10 after a holding period of 3.14 years, which recorded an annual loss of 6.14%.
